Jennifer Banks is a Learning and Development professional in the retail sector with over 20 years of project management, organizational leadership, and business experience. Her career has been spent with Tailored Brands, a men’s fashion retailer. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and leverages the learnings to promote change management along with the training and development focuses she has in her organization.

Jennifer has been a volunteer at varying levels for 14 years with Girl Scouts, youth soccer, and with her church. Jennifer has been married for over 20 years, has an adult daughter, and 8 nieces and nephews. After a family move to Michigan for her husband’s work, she was searching for a new opportunity to serve her community. She has a servant’s heart and feels most fulfilled in the service of others.

Jennifer is excited to share her business background, change management expertise, and strong process optimization skills with the Foundation. She also looks forward to learning so much from the brilliant musicians on the team and the students who are participating in the programs the Foundation offers.
